Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken (cut up with bones)

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 2 bay leaves, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2-3 chilis

Preparation

Step 1


Put everything in a large frying pan, let it cook down for 30-45 minutes.



Step 2


Serve immediately
