Ingredients
2 lbs chicken (cut up with bones)
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves, crumbled
1 tbsp oil
2-3 chilis
Preparation
Step 1
Put everything in a large frying pan, let it cook down for 30-45 minutes.
Step 2
Serve immediately
